Judges Beginning to Challenge Foreclosure Procedures

In cases across the country, Judges are beginning to side with homeowners facing foreclosure in lieu of banks looking to take control of properties. Judges have completely wiped out balances and thrown foreclosures out because of bad paperwork. The role these judges should be playing is coming into question and some are wondering if judges are trying their hand in helping the housing crisis.
