Metro Area Foreclosure Rate Skyrockets

As predicted earlier this year, foreclosures are happening at a ferocious pace. A new report released by foreclosure specialists RealtyTrac, has shown that foreclosure filings escalated by 75 percent in of the nation’s metro areas. The increase in activity is based on the first half of 2010 and Las Vegas holds the unfortunate title of being the worst city for the trend.
