My parents are separating, and they just got a notice that there home is going into foreclosure. Someone from collections called said there home is going to go into auction. Im not sure when it is going into auction. But my question is…. If the home sells during the auction, by law how long do they have to get there belongings out, and be completley out? I have heard they have only 3 days?? Is this true?
