New Law Mandates 90 Day Waiting Period For Eviction Among Foreclosures With Lease Agreements

With the increasing incidence of foreclosure cases, more and more landlords and tenants are effected, with many rental properties going up on the auction block. A new law that went into effect in 2009 gives tenants an extra 90 days as a mandated waiting period for filing for eviction, when an active lease agreement is in place.
