Foreclosure is more of an enemy; it attacks and many times is victorious. Scores of folks are paying heavy prices and have to forfeit their homes all because they do not know what to do when they are served with a foreclosure notice. The lack of knowledge is a curse at times, if a person is not calm and composed then there are cent per cent chances of losing their home.
