The whole process of the summary judgment is not good news for the homeowner. When you reach this point it means that your lender has petitioned the court, and this right is entitled to them by the law, for a notice of hearing of a summary judgment of foreclosure. What happens next is a notice of the hearing is sent out to all the parties involved.
